Delivery Driver

Accelerate Personnel are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client for experienced van drivers for an ongoing role in the Norwich area.

This role will involve completing local multi drop deliveries to customers for same day deliveries. Hours will be Monday – Friday 5.15pm – 9.15pm (but flexibility required).

As a driver for this role you will be required to complete all deliveries which can involve heavy lifting so must be physically fit and good customer service skills to deliver a high standard.

Responsibilities
• Required to load and unload goods onto and from the delivery van.
• Assist with the preparation of orders for dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers when completing deliveries and dealing with potential issues.

Requirements
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
• Previous experience commercial driving.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Valid UK driver’s licence is required – Maximum of 6 points
